For customers moving and needing affordable carpet cleaning for their property managers.
Also good for customers who are regularly carpet cleaning and keeping up with carpet maintenance.
Customer must vacuum the carpets prior to carpet cleaning.
$25/room up to 225 sq ft + $45/stairway + $15 each hallway up to 150 sq ft

For customers who need a down-right fantastic cleaning for carpets with lots of heavy traffic and large area stains.

This is the best method for carpet cleaning and cleans as much dirt and soil as possible in the carpet fibers.
$50/room up to 225 sq ft + $45/stairway + $15 each hallway up to 150 sq ft

Scotchgard Stain Protection
$20/room, but buy 3 rooms and get the 4th for free.
Scotchgard is sprayed on after cleaning and carpet groomed into the carpet fibers.
This is far less than doing it yourself, given that a 17 oz can of Scotch Guard costs about $8 and only covers 30 sq ft.
Tile/Grout Cleaning
$0.25-$0.35 per sq ft depending on tile size, with additional $0.35 per sq ft to seal.
(Minimum charge is $85 for tile & grout cleaning)
Upholstery Cleaning
$95 for 3-cushion couch.
$65 loveseat
$125 to $195 for sectionals depending on size
